15% Restock Fee on cancelled and returned items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Custom orders are not eligible for refund.

1. Scope of Service: Eastcoast Cerakote provides professional Cerakote application services for firearms and other parts as per customer specifications.
2. Warranty: All coatings are guaranteed to adhere and perform as intended under normal use. If the coating fails due to a defect in application, Eastcoast Cerakote will reapply the coating at no additional cost.
3. All Sales Final: Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are not available unless there is a verified defect in the coating.
4. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate specifications and ensuring items are prepared for coating as required. Eastcoast Cerakote is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information or improper use.
5. Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or external factors such as impact or exposure to harsh chemicals.

Shipping Policy

1. Customer Responsibility:
   Customers have the right to select their preferred shipping service for orders. EAST COAST CERAKOTE is not responsible for any damages, theft, or loss of packages during transit. Once the order has been shipped and a tracking number provided, liability transfers to the customer and the selected shipping carrier.
2. Optional Signature Requirement:
   If customers wish to have their packages delivered with a signature confirmation, they must request this service at the time of placing their order. Additional charges for this service may apply.
