Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as when it was received
• It must be returned in its original packaging
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required

All eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Non-Refundable Items

• Custom orders (including any items with custom Cerakote finishes or modifications) are not eligible for return or refund.
• Used, damaged, or altered items will not be accepted.

Cancellations

Orders canceled after processing begins may also incur a 15% restocking fee, even if the item has not yet shipped.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
